I’m on Flickr!!!!

I am sure that you are all aware of Flickr -if not then you really are not a geek and I applaud you, I honestly wish that I wasen’t but recent events have lead me to believe that I may well be; but anyways…..Flickr is a worldwide way in which people can share their photos, a brilliant thing for sharing photos taken at certain events or festivals or conferences or anything!

I don’t take photos – I never have the time or inclination to do so but thankfully lots (and I really mean lots) of people do at web conferences so a few classic pictures of me have found themselves onto Flickr in the past few months and if that was not enough I also have my own tag!!

A tag is a way to mark down picture contents so that people can search for that tag and find all phots containing it – and yes, a search for rossbruniges will indeed find a number of pictures tagged as having me in them!! I have no idea who startd the tag off (it wasen’t me) but a very big thank you to however it may have been :>

I see this as being the start of my global domination and will be monitoring the amount of pics which contain the tag in the upcoming months – with d.Construct round the corner I am hoping it to increase rapidly!
